EXERCISE BALL SUGGESTED SIZING GUIDELINES-
When sitting on the ball, your knees and hips should approximate a 90 degree angle or slightly higher. Here are some general guidelines:
4'8" to 5'3" --55cm
5'3" to 6'0"-- 65cm
6'0" to 6'7" --75cm
