The Hang Ups Over EZ Training Handles are an optional upgrade to be used with the F-series Hang Ups Inversion Tables (F5000, F7000, F9000) designed to assist novice inverters much like training wheels for a bicycle!
The handles attach onto the A-frame where the standard handles are normally assembled. Three bolts fasten on either side, and you’ve got an upgrade that makes inverting even easier!
Once you are comfortable using the inversion table, you can choose to use either the Over EZ Training Handles or convert back to the standard handles that come with the inversion tables.
