Please Note: the inflatable lumbar support (like the vibration and massage) works off the power supplied by your electrical outlet or automobile (AC and auto adapter supplied) and must be plugged in to operate. The CustomAir lumbar support will remain fixed until you inflate or deflate it again and will not deflate when you unplug the unit allowing you to use this product as a supportive backrest without the other features.
